If you know dance music, you know Carl Cox.  The man has been putting all he has into his DJ performances for 30 years and is as strong a presense now in the dance music community as ever.  His Sundays at Space party is consistently the best running party in Ibiza in addition to his rough touring schedule and weekly Global show.  The International Music Summit going on in Ibiza this week decided to pay tribute to Carl by awarding him the honor of being the recognized Legend at its annual Legends Dinner.  Pete Tong was awarded rights last year and this past Thursday was Carl’s turn as Pacha Ibiza owned Lio opened its doors to many of dance musics finest (and some of us normal folk if you were lucky enough to get a seat).  Cheers to Carl on a great career.
