John Davis is back throwing another go round of what was previously dubbed SUNday Shoutin’ with David Morales, Tony Humphries, and Louie Vega at Webster Hall on November 27th. These three guys have almost 100 years of DJ experience under their belt collectively, and John Davis always throws one hell of a party.  Definitely check it out if you are in town for the Thanksgiving weekend and want to shed off some of those turkey pounds.  Expect 10 hours of some of the best dance music the 90′s had to offer. Ministry Of Sound Live And Remastered 20th Anniversary 5 CD Box Set

We always try to give the heads up with we find something dope, whether it be music, clothing, or anything else cool cultured.  Ministry Of Sound celebrated their 20th birthday this past weekend with a party on Sunday with a pretty kick ass lineup consisting of Frankie Knuckles, David Morales, CJ Mackintosh, and more.  To keep it going, MOS is releasing a 5 CD box set with live remastered recordings of DJ’s who have played at the club over the years including Larry Levan, David Morales, Todd Terry, Kenny Carpenter, and Justin Berkmann.  The box set comes with original artwork and a booklet full of info and photos of the club over the years.  Definitely a really cool piece to have in your collection if you great up listening to dance music in the 90′s, even if you never made it to MOS.
